A joint effort of the whole personnel is needed for the construction of the corporate culture, as the current problems being resolved. It is important for us to concentrate on the management of the corporate culture, to occupy the potential leading position in the 21st century’s competition.

     

    As administrative members of XX Logistics, it is necessary to strengthen the study of corporate culture, to learn from advanced foreign experience of corporate culture management, and to build our own management method of corporate culture management while combining national circumstances of china and the diversity of the enterprise itself. The constant improvement and the acceptance by the employees for the corporate culture should be acquired, so is the integration of employees’ value and enterprise’s objective. The expression “XX’s development is based on me, and my achievement is upon XX ” is going to be the company slogan and the central spirit of the corporate culture.

     

    Trough the progress toward the research and analyze of the building of XX Logistic’s corporate culture, the present article’s subject is to bring up resolution and to summarize managing experience, in order to apply them into future work, and to make the realization of corporate culture the power source for the enterprise’s development and core competence’ enhancement. The current topic is relevant with the logistic, which is as an industry in the domain of service, the research of this topic linking up diverse subjects, multiple sectors and plural causes, is to provide meaningful resolutions for the enterprise’s development and remarkable examples for the similar cases in this industry. Based on an opinion survey of the company’s employees being from different levels, ages and educations, series of knowledge of the corporate culture has been proved. By clarifying the necessity and orientation of the corporate culture, a constructive suggestion and specific methods have been already made.

     

    The content of this article is about involving the former corporate culture with the new one, and also inheriting the significant elements, from which generates one brand new corporate for the XX Logistics.

     

    The study of the present subject, is bringing to the enterprise’s development more convenient conditions, such as increasing the cohesion of the personnel, improvement the level of PMs’ administration and team work, creation of the high-class corporate culture in the logistic industry, realization of core competence founded on this culture, development of business in wider area, profits in addition, recruitment of excellent human resource, and, at last, assurance of sustainable development for the enterprise.

     

    The process of present subject works as the implantation of theory into practice; personally, it has improved management ability, and exercised the skills of analyzing and resolving current problems, too. It has also executed as training program of response to evolution occurring at the period of development and enterprise’s revolution progress. Such experience, standing as a major milestone in one’s career.
